Recorder Configuration
To make sure you can record video messages on IncomingVideo, you first need to allow Adobe Flash Player to access your microphone and web camera:
Then please check Adobe Flash Player settings. To do this, please press the right mouse button on our recorder and choose Settings.
Please check microphone and web camera configuration and choose appropriate device.
Close Settings and enjoy our service.
If your web camera still does not work, please go to your web camera software and disable all current applications. Also make sure that your web camera is not being used concurrently by other applications while you are using IncomingVideo, such as Skype for example.
